This webinar series was designed to instruct officers, investigators and detectives on the various Social Networking sites and applications currently used by victims, witnesses and suspects. Several of the most popular sites will be explored, and the different types of evidence will be examined. The student will also be introduced to the different types of evidence, and where it can be located and properly collected. Additionally, examples of legal process as well as contact information for all the mentioned Social Networking sites will be given to each student.

During the webinar, instruction will be given on how to download a copy of the instructor’s PowerPoint as well as additional resource materials pertaining to the topic. Attendees will be provided with warrant language for providers, contact information, and instruction on service of legal process.
