 Joseph Fyffe, is a retired 29 year veteran with the Indianapolis Police Department where he served as the Evidence Coordinator. Mr. Fyffe is an active member in the International Association for Identification (IAI) and a Certified Law Enforcement Instructor. He has has developed and written three training courses and manuals on Crime Scene Investigations: Practical Introduction To Crime Scene Investigation; Practical Crime Scene Photography; and How To Develop, Lift and Document Fingerprints.
For the Public Agency Training Council, he has instructed thousands of law enforcement officers across the United States on Crime Scene procedures.
For PATCtech, Mr. Fyffe is available for consultation and expert witnessing services involving crime scene procedures.
