 William L. Collins (Retired Lieutenant) has been in law enforcement for over thirty-two years. Mr. Collins served six years in the U.S. Army where his duties included a tour in Vietnam and as an agent for the CID (Criminal Investigation Division).
During his 28 years with the Carmel Police Department in Carmel, IN, he worked as a Shift Commander, Laboratory Technician, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and Detective Sergeant in the Criminal Investigation Division - working every type of case from minor violations to cyber crimes to homicides.
