PATC Forensic Technology (PATCtech) was founded in 2008 as a division of the Public Agency Training Council, the largest provider of public safety training and legal liability management in the United States.
The PATCtech staff of actively practicing attorneys and law enforcement digital forensic specialists bring years of experience with the procedures involved in using Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in litigation.

Case Consultation: One of the most critical times of a lawsuit is at the beginning. PATCtech provides legal consultation regarding case strategy for litigation involving ESI as evidence. With experience in the investigative, prosecuting and procedural aspects on both the criminal justice and commercial sectors, PATCtech can help prepare your clients for a preservation of evidence as well as provide cross-examination of Digital Forensics handled by a third party.
